Welcome to our trip to Dover International Speedway...sit back, relax and let us do the driving. Standard pick up locations: (these locations and times are subject to change) * Canton - Price Chopper (P&C) Shopping Plaza @ 9:30pm * Ogdensburg - Donut King Restaurant @ 10am * Watertown - Ramada Inn Arsenal Street @ 11am May 14th... After all pickups are done. We will be stopping along the way for lunch at approximately 1pm at the Stop Restaurant in Binghamton, where lunch will be on your own. We will make rest stops on the way and will arrive at the hotel at approximately 6pm. We will be staying at the Best Western/Concordville Hotel in Concordville, PA. There is a restaurant and pool at the hotel. You are on your own for the rest of the evening. May 15th... Breakfast will be at the hotel. After breakfast we will depart for Dover International Speedway. We will arrive at the track for all the activities before the Nationwide series race. You are on your own for meals and shopping. The driver will stay on the coach for a couple of hours so that you can bring any packages back to the coach before you go to the race. Tickets will be passed out before we arrive at the track. After the race we will return to the hotel. Dinner will be on your own after we return to the hotel. May 16th... Breakfast will be at the hotel. After breakfast we will depart for the track for all the activities before the Sprint Cup series race. You are on your own for meals and shopping. Again, the driver will stay on the coach for a couple of hours so that you can bring any packages back to the coach before you go to the race. Our tickets are located in the section 222 in rows 44-47 and will be passed out before we arrive at the track. After the race we will return to the hotel. Dinner will be on your own after we return to the hotel. May 17th... Breakfast will be at the hotel. After breakfast we will check-out and head for home. We will take rest breaks and make a dinner stop on the way home. We should be at the drop off locations in the early evening. * Watertown Ramanda Inn * Ogdensburg Donut King * Canton Price Chopper (P&C) Shopping Center S and W Tours & Charters reserves the right to cancel this trip if we do not receive the minimum number of reservations. All customers will be notified at least 2 weeks before the trip date. Any money paid will be refunded or transferred to another trip upon customers request.
