April 29th...
Thank you for joining S and W on your trip to the Richmond International Raceway. We will be stopping along the way for lunch at
approximately 1pm in Binghamton at the Spot Restaurant where lunch is on your own. We will be staying at the Wingate Inn in
Fredericksburg, Virginia and will arrive approximately around 6pm. After check-in, dinner will be on your own in the area. The hotel
has an indoor pool. You are free for the evening.
April 30th...
Breakfast will be at the hotel. After breakfast we will depart for Richmond to arrive at the track for all the activities before the
Nationwide series race this evening. You are on your own for meals and shopping. The driver will stay on the coach for a couple of
hours so that you can bring any packages back to the coach before you go to the race. Our tickets are located in the Commonwealth
grandstands in rows 41 & 42 and will be passed out before we arrive at the track. After the race we will return to the hotel.
May 1st...
Breakfast will be at the hotel. After breakfast we will depart for the track for all the activities before the Sprint Cup series race this
evening. You are on your own for meals and shopping. Again, the driver will stay on the coach for a couple of hours so that you can
bring any packages back to the coach before you go to the race. Our tickets are located in the Henrico-P grandstands in rows 28-31
and will be passed out before we arrive at the track. After the race we will return to the hotel.
May 2nd...
Breakfast will be at the hotel. After breakfast we will check-out and head for home. We will take rest breaks and make a dinner stop
on the way home.
These dropoff location and times are subject to change.

Payment for this 4 day trip is due 30 days prior to departure which will be March 29th. Please call our office with any questions.
S and W Tours & Charters reserves the right to cancel this trip if we do not receive the minimum number of
reservations. All customers will be notified at least 2 weeks before the trip date. Any money paid will be refunded or
transferred to another trip upon customers request.
