DRIVER, START YOUR BUS!!!! Welcome to S and W Tours third trip to Richmond Virginia for the Friday and
Saturday night races. We will pick up at the following locations and times:
Thursday May 1, 2008
Canton P & C Shopping Plaza parking lot to depart at 8:30am
Ogdensburg Donut King parking lot to depart at 9:00am
Watertown Hannaford Food Store, Arsenal Street parking lot depart at 10:15am
We will be making lunch and dinner stops along the way to arrive at our hotel approximately 9:00pm this
evening. We will be staying at the Wingate Inn located at 20 Sanford Drive in Fredericksburg, VA and phone
is 540-368-8000. There will be a Continental Breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings. Hotel has
an indoor pool, Perkins Restaurant next door and others restaurants in the area.
Friday May 2, 2008:
Breakfast this morning and we plan to depart the hotel at 1:00pm to arrive at the speedway approx 2:00pm
(depending on traffic) so you can enjoy the pre race activities. You are on your own upon arrival meals. The
Busch Race starts at 8:00pm. Our tickets are located in the Dogwood Grandstand on Turn 1 in Section B in
rows 23,24,25. After the race, please make your way back to the bus so we can return to our hotel in the early
morning hours.
Saturday May 3, 2008
Again, breakfast at the hotel this morning but I am sure some of us will sleep late and we don’t plan on
departing for the track until 1:00pm (driver must have at least 8 hours off) and the gates open today at 2:00pm
for the Cup Race. You are on your own upon arrival for meals. The Cup Race starts at 7:30pm. Our tickets
are located in the Henrico Grandstand, which is by Turn 3, Section P in rows 29 - 32. After the race, please
make your way back to the bus so we can return to our hotel.
Sunday May 4, 2008:
Again, breakfast at the hotel this morning, and again some of us will sleep late, check out of the hotel at Noon
and begin our trip home. We will make rest and meal stops enroute to arrive back at the drop off locations at
approximate times:
WATERTOWN HANNAFORD FOOD STORE APPROX 10:00PM
OGDENSBURG DONUT KING LOT AT APPROX 11:15PM
CANTON P & C SHOPPING PLAZA AT APPROX 11:45PM
The above price includes luxury round trip transportation, 3 nights accommodations, 3 breakfasts, tickets to
the Busch and Crown Royal night races.
A deposit of $200.00 per person is needed before February 10th to secure the race tickets and hotel rooms;
balance is due 30 days prior, which is April 1st. Please call our office if you have any questions.
