FRIDAY MAY 30, 2008 Please see the following pick up locations and times below:

WATERTOWN HANNAFORD FOOD ARSENAL STREET PARKING AT 11:00AM
Thank you for joining S and W on your trip to Dover. We will be stopping along the way for lunch at
approximately 1:00pm in Binghamton at the Spot Restaurant where lunch is on your own. We will be staying at
the Hampton Inn in King of Prussia, PA and usually arrive around 6:00pm. After check in, dinner will be on
your own in the area, there is the Mall of America nearby, Burger King, Red Lobster, Hooters or you can have
pizza delivered to your room. You are free for the evening.
SATURDAY MAY 31, 2008 Hampton Inn has breakfast in the lobby starting at 6:00am, please be in the lobby
by 6:30am and ready to board and depart by 7:00am for the Busch Race. We usually arrive between 8:30 and
9:00am. Once we arrive at Dover International Speedway you are on your own for meals and shopping.
Tickets to each race will be passed out before we arrive at the track. We will stay on the coach between 11:00
& 11:30am so you can bring any packages back to the coach before you go to the race. After the race please
make your way back to the coach as soon as possible so we can depart when all are loaded and return to the
hotel. Again, you are free this evening.
SUNDAY JUNE 1, 2008 Breakfast in the lobby at 6:00am and depart at 6:30am. We need to depart a little
sooner for traffic heading to the Cup Race. Once we arrive at the racetrack you are on your own. We do not
stay on the coach today because we are usually parked further away than on Saturday. After the race, please
return to the coach as soon as possible so we can depart when all are loaded. We will return to the hotel this
evening and overnight to depart for home on Monday June 2, 2008 after breakfast.
Price for this includes luxury round trip transportation, 3 nights accommodations and tickets to Busch and Cup
Races. We decided to stay the extra night just in case the race did not run on Sunday, we could stay for
